OPack LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to items that have been registered. To register your product visit us at www.opackusa.com/support. Products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Only original, unaltered and unmodified
items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. OPack has the right to determine whether or not a defect is covered by the warranty when returned product is inspected. To begin a warranty claim contact us at support@opackusa.com. Please attach images of the issue and a brief description for us to review and to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box; failure to do so may result in your return being rejected by our shipping department. The item(s) authorized for warranty support must be received with all originally shipped components and/or accessories. All shipping costs to and from the repair facility for your backpack will be the responsibility of the backpack owner.
